DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.  All orders will be shipped Monday-Friday.

  • We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.
  • We ship all complimentary shipping with USPS FIRST CLASS service with tracking number.
  • Customers have the options to between USPS FIRST CLASS service WITH signature confirmation or USPS FIRST CLASS service WITHOUT signature confirmation. Both options are FREE.

* We strongly suggest our customers whose mailboxes/front doors are unsecured to request signature upon delivery option to prevent theft, loss, or damage of the packages. ESPALIER is not responsible for and will not refund lost or stolen items.

  • If shipment is made without signature, no refunds will be made if USPS confirms that delivery was made.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. BOX
  • We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
  • Shipments returned to ESPALIER as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all international orders $199 and up. ($40 flat rate for orders under $199) 

  • All complimentary shipping will be shipped with DHL.
  • For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. ESPALIER is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note ESPALIER is unable to provide the exact amount of taxes or duties that may be due upon delivery. Once ESPALIER has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. ESPALIER will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item(s).
  • International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”.
  • All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange. Please contact customercare@espaliersport.com if you have any sizing, fit or color questions prior to placing your order.

 

Pre-Order Items

Please note that any items that you've pre-ordered will be shipped as they become available (usually within 6-9 weeks of placing your order). You will not be charged for separate domestic shipments.
