Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel amazing in our pieces, so if for some reason you want to return your purchase, please email us at customercare@espaliersport.com for a return authorization and return label.

MAKING A RETURN

Please send an email to customercare@espaliersport.com with "Return Request" and Your Order Number included in the subject line. Please include the name of the product you'd like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return (we love hearing all your feedback). Our customer care team will take care of you. Thank you in advance for your patience. Refunds are issued within 10-14 business days of receipt of returned goods to your original form of payment.

  • Returns on full-price merchandise must be requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • ESPALIER accepts returns on product shipped within the United States only.
  • We DO NOT accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included. ESPALIER reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet acceptable conditions.
  • All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Only items purchased through espaliersport.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
  • Items purchased using a discount or promotional code is not eligible for returns.
  • If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us at customercare@espaliersport.com with a picture of the damage or defect and we’ll take care of you!

Please send an email to customercare@espaliersport.com with "Exchange Request" and Your Order Number included in the subject line. Please include the name of the product you'd like to exchange, the size and color of the item you would like to exchange. Our customer care team will take care of you. Thank you in advance for your patience. Exchanges are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt of exchange goods.

  • Exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
